It takes weeks and months before we can get qualified writers. So, to serve you better, all applicants were tested on different stages and aspects to select the best of the best that meets our standards.
All members of our team (writers, editors, strategists, representatives etc.) signed an NDA before taking a single project. This protects our clients’ proprietary information and our agency clients’ clientele. We are ready to sign your company NDA if needed.

At Universe Writers, we take confidentiality very seriously. However, it’s important to bring to your notice our confidential policy. In light of this, we have decided to introduce our four main principles of confidentiality we ask all customers to follow:

1. Do not ask for the writer’s personal contacts or information: Customers are not permitted to obtain or request for a writer’s personal contact information at any time for any reason; the information includes but not limited to the writer’s full name, personal email, phone number, etc. The only exception to this is with direct client-to-writer interviews, with the policy that clients may not directly contact writers without Universe Writers' permission.
If you need to share a document or other types of additional materials, upload them onto your order page at the chat area of your account. If the writer is offline and urgently needs their reply, let us know by creating a query for our Support team or chatting with Admin. We work 24/7 and will assist you in the best way we can.

2. Do not share your personal contacts with any writer: This includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, or home address. This platform is built for our customers and writers to work contentedly inside the “My Account" page without using any other means of communication.

3. Do not disclose your website or school portal login details to any writer: If there is a need to share such information, kindly retrieve it yourself and contact the Admin at the “My Account" section of our website. We strongly discourage giving anyone access to your personal log.

4. Do not deal with any writer directly via PayPal, Payoneer, wire transfers, or any other payment method. We strongly advise you not to deal with any writer out of this platform. Remember: it is only safe to pay for your service directly on our website through our secure payment gateway method. We do not collect your credit card information and have a transparent policy on a money-back guarantee.

Complete confidentiality is important when it comes to online writing services. We’ll never ask for any more information than we need to serve you better. Therefore, we strongly insist that you always keep your communication with writers confidential.
