This Website is a writing platform where Customers can order any type of writing service. The writing services (defined as Product here and after) are prepared by freelance Writers. Our service ensures Product delivery to customer on condition the Order is fully paid and all required information for Order completion is provided.
Note: By using this Website, placing an order or through other means or checking the terms and conditions box, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions given on this page. If the Customer does not agree to them, the Customer should not use the site or access the services from it. No guarantees are given to the Customer if Customer violates Terms and Conditions given on this page.
‘Agreement’ refers to these Terms and Conditions expressed here.
‘Entity’ refers to the body offering services of a writing and research nature and associated tasks on an independent basis to Clients. The terms by which the service is offered are set out here.
‘Writer’ is the person, who has agreed to work with the Company on a freelance basis to provide any type of writing services under the Company’s terms.
‘Client’ refers to the individual who makes an Order for a Product with the Entity, according to this agreement.
‘Company’, ‘Service’, ‘We’ mean the entity that provides writing services to Clients according to the defined terms laid out in this Agreement.
‘Order’ refers to a Product or Service that the Client pays for, and which is delivered electronically by the Entity.
‘Order Status’ refers to the progress of the order.
‘Product’ is a document in an electronic format that is the final result of Order completion.
‘Product Revision’ refers to the original Product that has been edited at the request of the Client.
‘Customer Service Department’ or ‘Support Team’ is the part of the Company’s organizational structure with the mission to assist and coordinate the Order process and assist clients.
‘Quality Assurance Department’ signifies the part of the Company’s organizational structure with the mission to guard and evaluate the quality of Product and service provided.
‘Verification Process’ is the process that a Client must undergo to confirm billing identity and for fraud checks.
‘Order Credit’ is a financial account held by the Client inside the Entity.
Universe Writers will do everything reasonably possible to safeguard the Client’s privacy. The Entity undertakes never to share or resell any part of the Client’s personal information, such as credit card information. Any transaction made through the site uses the secure payment systems supplied by Authorize.net. While this protects the Client’s credit card information, the Entity is unable to completely guarantee any breaches of credit card information that may arise outside its control.
The Client will be required to provide certain information such as name, home address, and telephone number when appropriate. This information is used solely for the purpose of verification or when it is necessary to make contact with the Client concerning the Order. The information and documents in which the information is contained will be deleted immediately after being verified.
The Client is not permitted to make direct contact with the Writer, in order to protect their personal information. Instead, they will have access to a Message System on the site and a 24/7/365 Customer Services Department.
Once payment is received for the Order, the Client’s information in the Order description, as well as any other files submitted for the purpose of the Order completion will be made available to the Writer. The Client is asked to refrain from providing the Writer with any personal information or billing details, such as email address or credit card details. The Entity cannot be held responsible if the Client discloses any such information.
